It is not the first time that they invite us to a wedding in the Spanish Vineyards of the Contino, but we are lucky that every time we have to repeat a place, it is a unique experience.
Ana and Iñigo taught us how to take our summer afternoons calmly and enjoy every moment without haste. From the preparations with the couple, she dressed in a wonderful dress of Helena Mareque with long sleeves and open back, until the sessions we had with them before and after the ceremony. Of course, the dress could not be better chosen, since who better than a fashion designer so that the choice was perfect.
We also saw Ana show off another of those details that we love to make sense of the occasion. And the bouquet he wore had a base of grape leaves to make his tribute to La Rioja and its vineyards. One of those decisions that make our photos improve a lot, as you can see in those where they are surrounded by vines with their bouquet in their hands.
But the homage was more than justified, since we could enjoy the quieter side of La Rioja thanks to the Vineyards of the Contino, an unbeatable place to take advantage of the light of summer and at the same time facilities with a classic and peaceful aesthetic that reflected to perfection the atmosphere of this day.
The ceremony, which took place as the whole wedding in the La Rioja Spanish Vineyards Wedding of the Contino, was intimate and emotional, as could be expected from this celebration. We could even see Íñigo drop a tear for all the words that were dedicated to them.
After the post-ceremony photo session the bride and groom went to the banquet, mounted on two long tables between the vineyards. It is not very common to see a banquet in the middle of nature in the middle of the night, but we love being surprised at each wedding and that decisions are not taken because, or because it is “what touches”. And that Ana and Íñigo had it clear to make the day theirs.
Like the dance after the banquet, which far from complex ceremonies and full of luxury decided to make a party that reminded the festivals. With pennants, outdoors and with your favorite music.
Because, of course, that the first dance is with Creep by Radiohead, it is not a conventional decision or “what it touches” in a wedding, but it is what they must do to make the day truly theirs.
We can only thank the couple for giving us a wedding in La Rioja Spanish Vineyards Wedding of the Contino that we will not forget. It is great to see a couple enjoy the tranquility that they give and how they transmitted it to us.
